Varied
A path leading the Shamans spirit and energy. About colors, per anthropologist Anne Chapman, they painted their bodies in dark red, black, white and at times also ochre. Red and ochre came from soil, black from coal and white from grinding shells -all pigments were mixed with animal grease.
